LONDON: British newspapers published an objectionable picture of former French model and now the First Lady. The picture is about 14 years old.
The picture of France’s First Lady Carla Bruni has been published at the time when she has arrived here with her husband Nicolas Sarkozy, the France’s president, on an official tour of Britain.
The picture will be auctioned in New York in April.
The nude portrait of French first lady Carla Bruni was taken by photographer Michel Comte in 1993 when the now wife of President Nicolas Sarkozy was working as one of the most popular models of the world.
An art lover Gert Elfering is selling this portrait which is expected to fetch up to 4,000 dollars when it goes under the hammer on April 10.
