KARACHI: Former Captain and wicket keeper and batsman Rashid Latif has been appointed wicket-keeping coach by the Pakistan Cricket Board to train and groom wicket-keepers in the country.
Latif was previously working as Head of Sports in Port Qasim Authority.
"My objective is to transfer my knowledge in grooming and preparing young wicket-keepers and lift the overall standard of the keepers in domestic circuit," he told reporters.
He said wicket keeping was very important department of the game and he would be fully devoted to improve the overall standard of the wicket keepers in the country.http://geo.tv/images/shim.gif
