KABUL: The Talibans have taken control of village in Southern Afghanistan.
US forces claimed to have killed 35 taliban in two separate incidents of fighting while on the otherhand talibans announced to take control of village in Southern Afghanistan.
Afghan Officials said about 500 Taliban rebels have massed in two villages near the Afghan city of Kandahar, as security forces prepared for an operation against them.
